1. Processing and Shipping
1.1 Product Origin
Products are shipped directly from international suppliers located in different countries, such as the United States, Europe, and Asia.
1.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
1.3 Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days, and may vary depending on the destination country.
United States & Canada: 7 to 20 business days
Europe: 7 to 20 business days
Latin America: 10 to 25 business days
Asia & Oceania: 10 to 25 business days
Other regions: 10 to 30 business days
1.4 Delays
Although we do our best to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to external factors such as:
1- customs inspections
2- high logistics demand
3- weather conditions
4- strikes or unforeseen events
In such cases, the customer will be informed whenever possible.
2. Tracking
2.1 All orders include a tracking code.2.2 The tracking code will be sent by email within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
2.3 Tracking information may take a few days to be updated in the carrier's system.
3. Delivery and Responsibility
3.1 Delivery Guarantee
If the order is not delivered within 60 calendar days after shipping, the customer may request:
1- full refund
2- or product reshipment
3.2 Loss or Damage
If the product is lost or arrives damaged, the customer is entitled to:
free replacement, or
full refund
4. Delivery Address
4.1 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
4.2 If the order is returned due to an incorrect address:
a reshipment option will be offered upon payment of a new shipping fee, or
partial refund (excluding logistics costs already incurred)
5. Delivery Attempts
If delivery is not completed:
1- the carrier may make multiple delivery attempts
2- or make the package available for pickup at a designated location
If the customer does not pick it up within the deadline:
the order may be returned to the sender
reshipment or partial refund conditions will apply
6. Fees and Taxes
6.1 International orders may be subject to:
1- import taxes
2- customs duties
3- IVA or VAT
6.2 These fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy and to the store’s other terms.
