Refund and Return Policy


Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Some countries may have additional rights according to local laws.

       

      .  Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Conditions:

1- The product must be unused.
2- In its original packaging.
3- You must notify us within the deadline.

After notification, you will have a further 14 days to return the product.

Send evidence (photo/video).

Possible solutions:

Full refund.
Free reshipment.
Store credit.

In these cases, it may not be necessary to return the item in some situations (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
